I have not done an ultra in 3 years or so.....but I signed up for a trail ultra in Independence, Kansas on 9/27...The Flatrock 50K.
It has a 10 hour time limit. I think I will need every bit of it. It will be a lot of fun and from some of the pictures, the course looks pretty tough but it will be worth it....I think. I hate peer pressure.
